From 1937 to 1939, Peter Lorre played the self-effacing Japanese detective Kentaro Moto in a series of eight movies for 20th Century-Fox.

Now 20th Century-Fox has remastered the films and released them in two box-sets of four films each.

The remaining films -- Mr. Moto's Gamble (1938), Mr. Moto's Last Warning (1939), Danger Island (1939), and Mr. Moto Takes a Vacation (1939) -- are included in Volume 2.

• Think Fast, Mr. Moto -- The first in the detective series, originally released July 27, 1937. Mr. Moto investigates diamond smugglers operating through steamships bound for Shanghai.
